has very good purifying systems and my one is that brand. It was fairly cheap and works well.
When you say “in case of an emergency”, do you mean something such as getting stuck in somewhere with only polluted water, or a natural disaster that limits clean water supply? If so, then the filter I have probably isn’t the right type you’d want but BRITA do have some others so check them out before you buy anything.
